Online Bill Payments #
Navigate to https://www.firstcallonline.com/FirstCallOnline/ and log in.
Navigate to the bottom of the page once logged in and choose “Billing Statements” to see past and current charges.
The “View billing statements” button will take you to all previous and current charges.
NOTE: This screen is where you may also update Paperless billing, User Preferences, Etc.
Once you select the View billing statements button, you can choose what statement to print, download or pay.
This screen will show each billing period and the amount due during that statement bill date. Prior billing periods may still show amounts in the “Total Due” that has already been paid. Open and verify the current statement charges before making any payments. Only pay the amount due on the current statement. This is a limitation on how their billing system works.
Select “View Statement” of the current statement date.
Here is where you may choose to checkmark the items and make a payment, print/download statements and invoices.
Once you select the invoices to be paid and choose the green “Make Payment” button you will be redirected to their secure payment portal.
You may select the tabs at the top to view Open invoices, Closed Invoices, Payment History or adjust your profile settings.
The portal will bring you to the “Open” tab by default and show all current invoices to be paid. You may also download invoices from this screen as well.
To make a payment: Select the checkbox to the invoice(s) you wish the payment to process. Keep in mind this may be future dated to follow a claims approval if needed.
Select the black “Pay Invoices” button at the top left.
The next screen will give you the payment details.
Choose the payment Account (this portal only accepts ACH payments).
Choose the Payment Date.
Verify the invoices to be paid in the chart.
Once all verified, select the black “Next” button.
On the authorization page, double check the payment account, date, invoices and amount to be paid.
Have your second person preform a IC check to verify the payment info. Document this IC check.
Once verified, you must check the checkbox to authorize the payment be made via ACH and select the “Authorize” button at the bottom right to process the payment.
Print to DPF a payment confirmation on the next screen to attach to the statement(s)/invoice(s) that you downloaded earlier that will be kept for historical record of the payment.
Once completed select the black “Done” button at the bottom of the page and you will be taken back to the first page of the payment portal.
The final step is moving the paid invoices to closed status. This is NOT done for you automatically.
From the current screen check the invoices you’ve just paid and select the black “Move to Closed” button.
A confirmation will pop up asking if you are sure you want to move the invoices to closed status. Select “Yes”.
They are now moved to the “Closed” tab.
If you filed an invoice as closed by mistake you may go to the closed tab to move it back.
You may also use the closed and payment history tabs for historical information if you require another copy of an invoice or payment confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: We are unaware of this bill pay systems retention policy and all records we need should be kept via our internal policy at the time of payment. Do not assume the data will be in this system at a later date that can be accessed.
Once the payment is completed, please be sure to log out of all O’Reilly system(s).
