Notice of Construction Activity
The Town of Shipshewana is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 37 N and Range 08 E in LaGrange County, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will be discharged into the Page Ditch.
