As things warm up and summer is coming it is time for our annual Hydrant flushing. Flushing is necessary to help keep all water lines clear and free of build up, and insure that water is able to flow properly. This year we will be flushing hydrants from June 13th through July 31st on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please remember that during this time the water may appear discolored and could cause discoloration to white or light colored clothing. You can be assured that even with some discoloration the water is still safe to consume. While this process will take place over the course of approximately a month and a half the entire town will not be affected at once. This process is done in quadrants.
