COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Tad T. Hite, C. Arlene Lazzaro, Joshua A. Weimer, Zachary J. Stoltzfus.
COUNCIL MEMBERS VIRTUALLY PRESENT: Elmer J. Mast.
STAFF PRESENT: Robert W. Shanahan, Kurt R. Bachman, Ruth Ann Downey.
Council President Tad T. Hite called the meeting to order and noted that four Council Members were physically present, and one Council Member was virtually present.
The purpose of this Executive Session is for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing per I.C.5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)B.
No other subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice. (See attached).
The meeting was adjourned.
