COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Elmer J. Mast, Lynn M. Bontrager, C. Arlene Lazzaro, J. Mike Wilcher, Tad T. Hite.
STAFF PRESENT: Robert W. Shanahan, Kurt R. Bachman, Ruth Ann Downey.
Council President, E. Mast called the meeting to order and noted that all Council Members were present. E. Mast noted that the purpose of this Executive Session is to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees per I.C.5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9).
Before discussion began Bob Shanahan left the meeting.
No other subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice. (See attached).
The meeting was adjourned.
