We will be having Town Wide Cleanup starting May 17 through May 18th. The dumpsters will be at the compost site next to the Wastwater Treatment Plant, located at 2755 W 735 N, you can bring your unwanted items there between the hours of 8AM-4PM on Friday the 17th and 8AM-noon on Saturday the 18th. This service is for Shipshewana residents located within the Town limits, and please be sure to bring a photo ID or current utility bill to show residence.
We are happy to help our residents with the disposal of unwanted items, however, there are a few items we do not accept.

At no cost you may bring Mattresses, Furniture, Yard Furniture, Water Heaters, Metal junk items, Scrap Wood, Carpet, Toilets, other misc junk and trash items that maybe cluttering your yard or you’ve had stashed behind the garage or yard shed that you’ve been putting off taking to the transfer station.
