Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (17:00 hour) in the Roger D. Yoder Room, Shipshewana Town Hall, 345 North Morton Street, Shipshewana, Indiana 46565, the Town Council of the Town of Shipshewana, Indiana will meet in executive session pursuant to IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(6), with respect to an individual over whom the Town Council has jurisdiction, to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct and to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee.
