PRESENT:  Council; Roger D. Yoder, Council President.  Staff; David West, Service & Support Employee; Joshua Koontz, Facilities Superintendent; Ruth Ann Downey, Clerk-Treasurer and Jim Clevenger, Project Manager, Dixon Engineering, Inc.

1. Downey reported that six bids had been received and opened the bids.  Jim Clevenger read the bids as follows:

LC United Painting Co. of Sterling, MI                                     $140,000.00

Seven Brothers Painting Inc. of Shelby Township, MI      $193,300.00

Jetco LTD of Hawthorn Woods, IL                                             $185,530.00

Fedewa Inc. of Nashville, MI                                                       $147,900.00

Industrial Painting Contractors of Taylor, MI                        $134,300.00

Horizon Brothers of Howell, MI                                                 $175,300.00

Jim Clevenger reported that he was not sure of their engineering estimated cost for this project.  Bids were taken under advisement and Jim Clevenger took the bids for review and noted that a recommendation would be provided to the Council before the March 24, 2016 Council meeting.
